Bozamet is a polish manufacturing company operating continuously since 1989.

The company’s offerings include manufacturing tarpaulin accessories and components for commercial vehicle bodies, as well as contract production for the rail, energy and automotive industries. Bozamet operates actively in both domestic and international markets, delivering its products and services to business partners in over 30 European countries.

Bozamet’s operations are supported by an interdisciplinary team of specialists, a modern machinery park and in-house technological facilities, enabling a comprehensive approach to creating proprietary products and executing projects – from concept and prototyping, through tool design and manufacturing, to series production.

This ensures that Bozamet-branded products, as well as custom solutions designed for individual clients, are modern, functional and precisely tailored to current market needs and requirements.

What we do?

We design and implement components for the road and rail transport industries – from sliding roofs and truck body parts to ceiling systems and interior elements for vehicles.

We use modern CAD tools (SolidWorks) and have access to 3D modeling software, material libraries and specialized analyses (FEA, strength testing), carried out with the support of trusted external partners. We also hold certifications for designing welded joints in the rail industry.

Sheet metal formatting

Bozamet uses proven cutting and material shearing technologies, providing a wide range of capabilities.

Our capabilities include laser and plasma cutting, turret punching and sheet forming with guillotines and saws. We select the best technology for the material, thickness and project needs, ensuring precise edges, repeatable dimensions and optimized processes – for single or series production.

Sheet metal forming

We operate one of the largest mechanical press lines in Poland, enabling precise stamping and bending of parts of various sizes.

Our technological capabilities allow us to produce both lightweight components and advanced large-scale products. We realize precise sheet metal bending using modern CNC press brakes and also operate Bihler multi-slide machines for fast and accurate wire forming.

Machining

Our turning and milling capabilities, both conventional and CNC, guarantee precision and repeatable quality.

Our capabilities are complemented by EDM and WEDM machining, allowing the production of parts with complex geometries and the processing of high-hardness materials. We also have the necessary equipment and expertise to perform finishing processes such as sharpening and grinding.

Surface treatment

We ensure complete preparation and corrosion protection of parts using a broad spectrum of technologies.

We provide automatic KTL painting line, powder and wet coatings, as well as electro-galvanizing on drum and hanging lines.

Integration and assembly

We offer comprehensive mechanical and functional assembly, utilizing the full range of available capabilities.

From conventional and laser welding to adhesive bonding, clinching and riveting, we provide full integration, final assembly and packaging tailored to your specifications.

Functional testing and inspection

Każdy projekt kończymy rzetelną weryfikacją – prowadzimy testy i badania funkcjonalne zgodnie z wymaganiami klienta.

At Bozamet, we perform a wide range of strength and functional tests, including salt spray tests, tensile tests, dynamic structural tests, climatic chamber testing, MES environment tests, fatigue tests, and coating resistance tests against oils and bending. We also collaborate with certified laboratories, ensuring that our products meet the highest technical and industry standards.
