The process is carried out with high standards of quality and repeatability.
We use trivalent chromium-based passivation that meets current environmental regulations and quality standards. We provide zinc coatings with a thickness of 8–14 μm, with the option to select the type of passivation depending on the desired corrosion resistance.

It ensures uniform zinc coverage and high parameter repeatability, which is particularly important for serial production. This solution allows for efficient processing of large quantities of components while maintaining stable coating quality.
On the line, we achieve blue, silver, light, and bright passivation with a coating thickness of 8–14 μm.
