WE PAINT USING CATHODIC ELECTROCOATING
The technology is applied in the automotive and railway industries and in the production of industrial machinery and devices.
The process is environmentally friendly, as it contains no heavy metals or fluoropolymer compounds. The resulting coating exhibits high resistance to chemical and mechanical influences.
Bozamet’s cathodic e-coating (CED) ensures reliable anti-corrosion protection, repeatable quality, and low costs.
We apply a coating with a thickness of 15–25 µm on steel and aluminum. This method ensures the highest level of coating adhesion according to EDS, GM, PN-EN, and ISO standards, as well as excellent corrosion protection, even in hard-to-reach areas. Resistance in a salt spray chamber can reach up to 1000 hours.
On Bozamet’s CED line, we paint both small and large components. However, parts should not exceed the following maximum dimensions:
